Community links

We have so many active groups in our community that it's hard to keep up with them all. Below are some of the ones that we are in regular touch with.

  7. Milton Keynes & Broughton Village Hall - Milton Keynes Village Hall is a fantastic venue for children’s and family parties. It is a recognisable landmark in the heart of Milton Keynes Village, once being the village school and is run by a dedicated voluntary Management Committee, who are elected Trustees, ensuring the maintenance of the building and continued usage. It now provides a home for a number of local community groups and is available to hire at weekends, click here for more detail.

  9. The Parks Trust – this is a self-financing charity that looks after over 6,000 acres of green space across Milton Keynes, with several sites in the boundary for the Broughton and Milton Keynes Parish Council. Visit their website for more details.
  10. Milton Keynes Community Car Service - Volunteer drivers transport passengers to hospitals, health care, local surgeries, day centers, dentists, opticians, chiropodists and any other medical appointments travelling as far as Oxford, Aylesbury, Cambridge, Northampton, Olney and Bedford.
    All drivers are DBS checked and have received appropriate training for this volunteering role. For more information click here!
